You will need:
- ½ avocado
- 3 bananas
- Half cup of groundnuts
For Babies: Blend all together into a smooth paste and feed
For Toddlers: Freeze fruits before blending, freeze after blending to give ice-cream semblance

You will need:
- ½ avocado
- 2 boiled egg yolks
For babies: Blend all together into a smooth paste and feed
