At Baby Grubz, we take pride in our products and strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns, refunds and exchange policy to ensure that you have the best shopping experience possible.

Thank you for shopping at Baby Grubz. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@baygrubz.com or by phone at +2349085024743. State your reason for returning and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account with you bearing all bank and related charges.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or another item with a similar cost, send us an email at hello@babygrubz.com and send your item to: 4 Adesina close, Igando Phase 1, Igando, Lagos.

  1. All defective baby food products must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

 

  1. Any product that is deemed defective must be accompanied by the original receipt and a detailed explanation of the defect, send us an email at hello@babygrubz.com and send your item to: 4 Adesina close, Igando Phase 1, Igando, Lagos.

 

  1. Only baby food products that are purchased directly from our store, may be exchanged or refunded directly with us. However, Baby Grubz products purchased from distributors or stores maybe reported to for immediate action. Send us an email at hello@babygrubz.com and send your item to: 4 Adesina close, Igando Phase 1, Igando, Lagos.

 

  1. All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to purchase the item.

 

  1. We reserve the right to reject any exchange or refund request due to the condition of the product.

 

  1. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.

All Distributors must adhere to the following policy when exchanging products near best before dates.

  1. All Distributors of Baby Grubz must accept products near best before dates from customers in exchange for a full refund. Only products returned in the original condition it was sold (and unopened) will be eligible for refund.

 

  1. Distributors must not reject exchange requests from customers for products nearing best before dates, except if the product’s condition or packaging has been compromised. 

 

  1. All exchanges of products near best before dates must be completed within 90 days (three months) of purchase with distributor bearing all transportation costs relating to exchanges.

 

  1. Distributors must not resell products near best before dates. All products after best before dates must be disposed of properly. The expired food can serve as compost while the best way to dispose of expired plastic baby food containers is to take them to a local recycling center. Most centers will accept plastic baby food containers and other types of plastic packaging so they can be recycled and reused. If a recycling center isn't available, look for other ways to recycle or upcycle the plastic containers. 

 

  1. Distributors are responsible for ensuring that all their staffs are aware of this policy and adhering to it. 

 

  1. Distributors must notify Baby Grubz of any complaints related to this policy. 

 

  1. All exchanges must be documented in the Distributor’s records.

 

  1. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Baby Grubz.
